Michael developed his passion for mountains and hiking at a young age in the Alps; that were in close range from his hometown in south- western Germany. He has hiking experience from different mountains and terrains all around the world, but is particularly enthusiastic about the magnificent Norwegian nature.
Michael has been working as a hiking guide and tourist guide in south-western Norway since 2018. He has studied Cultural Sciences and Intercultural Communication, has lived in several countries and is fluent in 6 languages.
Michael is amazed by the beautiful rock formations in the area, which invite him to climb. So when he is not hiking, he is most likely to be found rock climbing.
